If you a UK company, why are you shipping from Lithuania?

Our global logistics centre is based in Kaunas Lithuania, allowing us to be flexible and responsive to our customers needs across the globe.

Do you combine shipping?

We always combine shipping. When you ready to checkout the Shopify software automatically combines shipping and pricing will depend on whether economy/standard or express delivery has been selected.

Can I ship to a different address?

We only ship items to the PayPal delivery address. If you wish to ship to a different address from the one that is on your PayPal account, please simply change the address of your PayPal account.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, credit and debit cards. Payment must be received within seven days after the purchase. In the event payment is not received, we will send you a request to cancel the transaction.

Can I cancel my transaction if I have changed my mind?

Yes - if your item has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately and we will cancel your order as soon as possible.

What if the item is not as described in the listing, arrives damaged, it is malfunctioning or is missing parts?
